Take A Break

Nowadays a lot of people spend a huge amount of time in front of some sort of screen. Whether it’s television, computers, smart phones or anything else that emits radiation, today’s lifestyle is very conducive to poor eye health. If you spend a good amount of your day in front of a computer screen, or something similar, give your eyes a break often. Every hour or so, get up from your desk of the couch and take a short walk. Refocus your eyes on your natural surroundings. Better yet, close your eyes for a few minutes to help relieve any stress.
